Setting up email
How to setup email client to send through mail server.
Due to changes in the security settings on our mail server there have been some instances where clients have not been able to send emails through their domains.
Although we provide an SMTP service as a feature of our hosting, it is good practice to send emails through your ISP.
Please note some ISPs do not allow sending of email through any server other than their own email server (i.e. Bigpond dialup/ADSL Internet) This is called port blocking (Port 25)
Please change the Outgoing mail (SMTP) to your ISPs Outgoing server.
Then make sure the "My server requires authentication" is ticked , then fill in the Settings page as shown with your ISPs login details, username and password.
