Texhead hosting has has been evolving and changing ever since it's inception six years ago. From it's very humble beginnings with a handful of loyal clients, of which we still have most, to the current diversity of clients including businesses, clubs and individuals we have strived to meet the expectations and in most cases have surpassed what our clients have anticipated.

Due to growth, increase in services and the need to consolidate, we have made some major behind the scenes changes to our systems.

Firstly we have procured new billing, support and automation software that takes care of client accounts including invoicing  and management of accounts, the creation of support tickets for billing, support and sales and integration of the order process for new services for existing and new customers. There will be an email sent out to all clients whether they have an active account with us or not to be able to access the clients area to look at past invoices products and services.

Secondly we are commencing a changeover of our services from servers in the US to a dedicated server in Australia consolidating our services, reducing overheads and giving better performance and increasing capacity. This will allow for expansion and reduction in overall expenses, this leads us to our third change.

Finally we are increasing the value on your packages, in most cases increasing space allocation for web site and email. All current clients will benefit from these changes and any changes will be negotiated where necessary as we respect the opinions and needs of our clients.
